Wraparound

One of our missions at Stoney Creek United is to address those in need within our community and break the cycle of poverty that often destroys families. Wraparound is a programme designed to do just that. Wraparound is designed to identify at risk families, assess their situation and through a network of facilitators and community partnerships, provide them with the contacts and help they need to rise above their situation.  What is Success? For some, it is getting up in the morning, not getting in trouble at school, finding day-care in order that mom can return to school or work or finding suitable housing. This coupled with all the issues around just being able to pay the bills are the day to day concerns and issues that these families face.

We are always looking for volunteers and donations of articles and services.
